Cancellation Policies, Late Arrivals & Damages

DUE TO THE SEASONAL NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS WE HAVE A STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY IN EFFECT. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE POLICIES BELOW.

48 hours notice for cancellation of rooms during non special events is required to avoid a charge to your credit card which is equal to the cost of the entire stay of the room and/or rooms you have reserved. Our cancellation policy also includes early departures and no shows. 

5 day cancellation is required to avoid a charge to your credit card which is equal to the cost of the entire stay of the rooms and/or rooms you have reserved on holidays or special events.  These include but are not limited to the following: 4th of July, Rally, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Christmas Stroll, Winter Carnival, etc.  Any early departure and/or room changes without 5 days notice will not be refunded due to the high demand of rooms during special events. 

30 day cancellation is required for large groups. If you are booking a block of rooms for a wedding or other events there is a deposit required to hold the rooms. The deposit is returned ONLY if the block is kept or cancelled PRIOR to 30 days before the arrival date. If a block of rooms is cancelled with 30 days or less until the date of arrival the credit card on file will be charged the full amount with no exceptions unless otherwise arranged. This policy also includes no shows for wedding blocks or large event blocks of rooms.

Our office closes nightly at 10pm. If you are going to be a late arrival and have not notified us then a charge in the amount of your total stay will be made that night unless there have been prior arrangements made. 

 

Damages & Breakages

 

Respect, Courtesy and Dignity are the standards by which patrons will be served at our motel.  Unfortunately there are a few who do not treat our staff or property in a similar manner, and for those we need these regulations.

You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you and/or those that accompany you (whether they are staying in the hotel or not) cause to the hotel. We ask that you please report any incidents as they occur.

While we do not normally charge for minor accidental breakages, we will charge for the full cost of all other breakages, missing items, and for the replacement and/or making good of any damage. Additionally there will be an excessive cleaning charge for soiled bedding, towels, carpets, furnishings and décor caused by, but not limited to, vomit, food and drink stains, blood and bed wetting. The hotel will also charge in full for any lost room nights resulting from any such damage and incidents mentioned in these conditions.
